The ForNext 60×20×1mm LED PCB UHF RFID tag is a slim and lightweight tag engineered for applications that require long-range RFID identification together with LED-assisted item location on non-metal surfaces.
Built with a durable PCB structure and adhesive backing, this tag is designed for convenient mounting on non-metal assets such as plastic items, cartons, bins, cases, equipment housings and other RF-friendly surfaces. Its ultra-thin 1 mm profile makes it especially suitable for applications where space is limited and a low-profile tag is preferred.
A key feature of this product is its LED locating function, which helps users identify and locate tagged items more quickly during picking, inventory checking and asset search tasks. This makes it particularly useful in workflows where visual confirmation is needed after RFID identification, helping improve speed and accuracy in daily operations.
Powered by the XBL2005-KX chip, the tag supports EPC Class 1 Gen2 and ISO 18000-6C protocols. Memory includes EPC 128 bits, User Memory 1312 bits and TID 96 bits, giving the tag greater flexibility for data storage and application integration.
Designed for off-metal use, this tag achieves up to 11 m read range under fixed readers in both FCC and ETSI frequency bands. Under handheld readers, it supports up to 5 m in both US and EU configurations. With an operating temperature range of -20°C to +80°C, it is suitable for a wide range of indoor and semi-industrial environments.
