Understanding Our Dispatch & Delivery Policy
At ForNext RFID, we aim to make every delivery smooth, predictable and well-communicated. Most of our products are made to order, so clear delivery expectations help us ensure you receive your items safely and on time.
If you ever need an update on your order, we’re here and happy to assist.
1. Processing Time
Many of our RFID labels, smart cards and custom items enter production shortly after an order is placed.
Typical processing times:
- Stock items: 1–2 working days
- Custom labels / RFID tags: 5–10 working days
- Smart cards / printed cards: 7–12 working days
Time may vary depending on the complexity of the order, volume, and the required encoding or printing services.
We’ll always notify you if additional time is needed.
2. Shipping Methods
We partner with trusted couriers such as Royal Mail, DHL, DPD and FedEx to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
Available options (depending on destination):
- Standard UK Delivery: 2–4 working days
- Express UK Delivery: 1–2 working days
- EU Delivery: 4–7 working days
- International Delivery: 7–12 working days
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination and service level.
For trade or bulk orders, courier rates may vary; we will confirm these before shipment.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the delivery issue is caused by us.
- Customs duties and VAT (for EU orders) are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
4. Customs & Import Duties (EU & International Customers)
International shipments may be subject to:
- Import duties
- VAT
- Customs handling fees
These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
Delays caused by customs checks are outside our control.
5. Delivery Delays
We work closely with our courier partners, but delivery timelines may be affected by:
- Weather conditions
- Customs inspections
- Industrial strikes
- Local carrier delays
- Peak season volumes
We cannot be held liable for delays outside our direct control, but we will always help you chase the courier and keep you informed.
6. Missing, Lost, or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:
- Please notify us within 48 hours.
- Keep all packaging and take clear photos if damage is visible.
- We will assist immediately and handle the courier claim process on your behalf.
Once the courier confirms the situation, we will arrange:
- A free replacement, or
- A refund
depending on what is appropriate.
7. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Parcels sent to an incorrectly provided address
- Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability
- Re-delivery or re-shipping fees caused by incorrect information
If the parcel is returned to us, we can re-ship it for an additional postage fee.
8. Split Shipments
To avoid delays, we may ship items separately if part of your order becomes ready earlier.
You will not be charged extra for split shipments.
