These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through ForNext RFID (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance, verification, and availability.
Your order is not legally binding until we issue an order confirmation or dispatch notice.
We may refuse or cancel any order before dispatch for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Incorrect or unverifiable customer information
- Suspicious, high-risk, or potentially fraudulent activity
- Unusual or non-genuine purchasing patterns
- Stock shortages or production capacity limits
- Technical pricing errors or product description errors
- Compliance, export control, or regulatory concerns
- Failed payment or unsuccessful authorisation
If an order is cancelled, any payment taken will be refunded in full.
We are not liable for any additional loss or compensation arising from the cancellation.
2. Pricing, Taxes & Duties
All prices shown on our website are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
For international orders (including EU customers):
- Import duties
- VAT
- Customs handling fees
- Local clearance charges
are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order regardless of confirmation status.
3. Product Specification & Technical Limitations
RFID products are sensitive to the environment in which they are used.
Performance varies depending on:
- Reader model and antenna tuning
- Installation method and surface material
- Distance, angle, and power output
- Interference from metal, liquids, or nearby tags
- Encoding practices and system integration
- Ambient conditions (temperature, humidity, pressure)
As such:
We do not guarantee specific read distances, system behaviours, or performance suitability outside the product’s defined specifications.
The customer is responsible for verifying:
- Compatibility with their hardware/system
- Suitability for their application
- Compliance with local regulations
We recommend customers conduct their own testing before large-scale deployment.
4. Misuse of Products
We are not responsible for issues arising from:
- Incorrect application, installation, or encoding
- Reader misconfiguration
- Use in non-recommended environments
- Modification of the product
- Integration performed by third-party system providers
Any performance issue resulting from the above does not constitute a product defect.
5. Warranty
We warrant that all products will, at the time of dispatch:
- Conform to their basic specification
- Be free from manufacturing defects
- Have passed our internal QC processes
This warranty does not cover:
- Wear and tear
- Incorrect installation
- Environmental or system-related performance limitations
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper storage
- Chip encoding or user data programming errors
Our liability under warranty is strictly limited to repair, replacement, or refund—at our discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, our total liability (whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise) shall not exceed the total amount paid for the goods in question.
We are not liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business
- Loss of data or system downtime
- Delays, production losses, or commercial disruptions
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- Costs associated with re-printing, re-labelling, or re-encoding
- Performance variations caused by environmental factors
- Losses resulting from courier delays, customs, or force majeure
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded (e.g. fraud or personal injury).
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, designs, logos, images, product descriptions, and technical materials on this website are owned by or licensed to ForNext RFID.
Customers may not:
- Copy or reproduce any content
- Reverse-engineer our products
- Reproduce antenna designs, layouts, chip configurations
- Use our materials for resale or commercial purposes without consent
Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.
8. Dispatch & Delivery
Dispatch and delivery timelines are estimates only.
Production and transit times may vary depending on:
- Custom manufacturing requirements
- Capacity
- Courier operations
- International customs processes
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, strikes, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Ownership transfers upon dispatch.
Risk transfers upon delivery to the address provided.

9. Returns & Refunds
Returns are only accepted for:
- Defective items
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items (not as ordered)
You must notify us within 7 days of receipt.
We do not accept returns due to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect purchase
- Custom-made orders
- Items used, applied, encoded, opened, or handled

10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- War, terrorism, civil unrest
- Power failures
- Strikes or labour disputes
- Epidemics or pandemics
- Transport disruptions
- Supply chain interruptions
- Government regulations
During such periods, obligations will be suspended until conditions allow performance to resume.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales.
For B2B transactions, the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
12. Amendments
We may update or revise these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
