RFID Starts With the Label —

We Make It Reliable

From surface and read range to material, adhesive, chip and size — we help specify, customise and supply RFID labels that fit real-world projects.

ForNext RFID is a specialist manufacturer of high-quality RFID labels

With over 18 years of industry experience, we operate from a 2,500 sqm production facility with a dedicated team of 200 professionals. Our annual capacity exceeds 200 million RFID tags.

Application Fit

Custom-Built Flexibility

Reliable Performance

Scalable Value

If the RFID tag is wrong, the project struggles.

RFID performance is decided by the real environment: surface, distance, liquid, metal, heat, washing, handling, printing and encoding.

A label that works in one project may fail in another. That is why we start with the application before recommending the tag.

Flexible Customisation, Built Around the Tag Specification

We define the tag size and shape based on where and how it will be applied. This includes standard sizes, custom die-cutting and formats designed for specific application methods.

We select the chip and antenna combination according to the required read distance, reading environment and system compatibility. This includes choosing between different chip brands, memory capacities, sensitivity levels and antenna designs to match performance expectations.

We match the face material and adhesive to the surface and environment, such as plastic, metal, fabric or packaging. This includes selecting materials like paper, PET or synthetic films, as well as adhesives suited for permanent, removable, high-temperature or outdoor use.

We customise what is printed and what is encoded on each tag. This includes logos, barcodes, QR codes, serial numbers, as well as EPC encoding, UID mapping and data preparation aligned with your system requirements.

We choose the appropriate tag type based on the application scenario, such as UHF labels for logistics, NFC labels for interaction, on-metal tags for metal surfaces, laundry tags for textiles, or hard tags for durable use.

We configure how the tags are delivered for your workflow, including rolls for automated application, sheets for manual use, pre-encoded batches, sample sets for testing, and stable repeat production once the specification is confirmed.

Factory-Direct Production, Built for Project Economics

Flexible RFID tag specification only matters if it can be produced consistently and priced realistically. Our factory-direct production model helps customers move from sample testing to repeat rollout without unnecessary supply layers.

- 01 -

Factory-Direct Cost Base

Competitive pricing for sample-stage projects, repeat orders and larger rollout volumes.

- 02 -

Flexible Production

Size, material, adhesive, chip, antenna, printing, encoding and packaging can be adjusted around the application.

- 03 -

Certified Manufacturing Standards

Production supported by recognised quality and compliance standards, including CE and ISO certification.

- 04 -

Sample-to-Scale Supply

Small test batches, approved specifications and repeat production can be managed within the same supply route.

Trusted by Industry Leaders

From Sample Testing to Repeat Supply

RFID tag selection should not be guesswork. We help customers move from an initial application requirement to approved samples, confirmed specifications and repeatable production.

The process is designed to reduce trial and error before rollout, especially where surface, read range, environment, printing, encoding or cost structure can affect the final result.

Share the Application

Tell us where the tag will be used, what surface it will be applied to, the required read range, environment, quantity and any current tag reference.

We recommend suitable tag constructions based on the application, including material, adhesive, chip, antenna, format and expected performance.

Samples can be supplied for validation before wider production, so the tag can be checked in the real operating environment.

Once approved, the size, material, adhesive, chip, antenna, printing, encoding, packaging and commercial terms are fixed for production.

Tags are manufactured, printed and encoded according to the confirmed specification and project requirements.
