Factory-Direct Custom RFID Labels
From 100 pcs to 1M+, we design and manufacture bespoke RFID labels with fast lead times, factory-direct pricing and full UK support.
Why Custom RFID Labels
Most RFID failures come from using the wrong size, antenna or material.
A customised tag ensures correct read range, better durability and lower total cost, so you buy only what your application actually needs.
Right Size, Right Performance
Small adjustments to size, antenna tuning or material can increase read range by 30–50%
Lower Waste, Lower Unit Cost
A custom label avoids mis-reads, drop-offs and re-tagging, reducing operational losses and keeping your unit cost predictable and stable.
Built Exactly for Your Environment
Metal surfaces, liquids, heat, laundry processes or tight spaces — a tailored design ensures long-term stability and extends your tag lifespan.

Every Layer Customisable — Built Around Your Project Needs
What You Can Customise
Face Material
We offer a broad set of face material options to match durability, printability and environmental demands, such as Paper, PET, PP, Synthetic film and more. Finishes such as matte, gloss, UV-protected or scratch-resistant coatings can also be added, allowing the label to achieve both functional and aesthetic objectives.
Adhesive Layer
Depending on the application, it can be formulated as a permanent adhesive for long-term attachment, a removable adhesive for temporary tagging, or a high-bond industrial adhesive for difficult surfaces. For challenging use cases such as metal surfaces or curved packaging, specialised adhesive formulations are available to provide reliable bonding and stability.
Antenna
We develop custom antenna geometries tailored to the environment in which the label will be deployed, considering factors such as reader model, antenna polarity, scanning orientation, substrate material, and expected read distance. Each antenna can be tuned specifically for ETSI or FCC frequency bands, ensuring compliance and optimal sensitivity across the required region.
Chip
We support a complete portfolio across all major chip manufacturers, allowing each project to select the most appropriate IC for its technical and operational requirements. Encoding can be fully customised, including EPC programming, TID association, access and kill password setup, user memory configuration and secure element initialisation.
Functional Base Layer
The functional base layer can be configured using PET, foam, ferrite, PCB or ceramic depending on environmental demands. PET thickness can be selected from 25 to 100 microns, with flexible or rigid structures adapted to your application.
Encoding and printing
We provide complete flexibility in EPC encoding, user memory allocation, TID association, password configuration and security management. We support high-resolution artwork, brand elements, barcodes, QR codes, human-readable serial numbers, laser marking, UV security marks and tamper-evident identifiers

Our Custom Development Process
1. Requirement Discussion
We analyse environment, mounting surface, reader model, target read distance and compliance needs.
2. Engineering Proposal
Antenna options, material stack-up, IC selection and expected performance.
3. Prototype & Tuning
Multiple antenna versions are produced and tested using Voyantic and chamber measurements.
4. Field Validation
Samples are tested with your readers in real operating conditions. We refine the design until performance is stable.
5. Pilot Run
A small production batch (1–5k pcs) verifies quality and consistency.
6. Mass Production
Full-scale production with batch QA, encoding and packaging based on your project workflow.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you support fully custom RFID designs, or only standard labels?
Yes, we specialise in fully custom RFID development. We engineer antennas, materials, IC selection, adhesive structures and encoding to match your project requirements, particularly for environments where standard off-the-shelf labels do not perform reliably.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom projects?
We accept very low MOQs for engineering and validation phases. Small custom batches from 50–200 pcs are possible for prototyping, with larger quantities available once the design is finalised.
How long does it take to develop the first prototype?
Most custom prototypes can be produced within 3–7 working days, depending on antenna complexity and material requirements. If multiple antenna versions are required for tuning, we typically provide them within the same timeframe.
Can you provide multiple antenna versions for testing?
Yes. For complex environments—such as metal surfaces, liquids, curved plastics or long-range applications—we often produce several antenna designs in parallel to accelerate the tuning and validation process.
Do you support NDA agreements for confidential projects?
Yes, we frequently work under NDAs. Many system integrator and OEM projects involve confidential information, and we are fully comfortable working within formal confidentiality frameworks.
What information do you need before starting a custom design?
We typically require details such as the installation surface, reading environment, reader/antenna model, preferred frequency band (ETSI or FCC), target read distance, temperature or pressure constraints, and any mechanical restrictions such as thickness or label size.
Which chip types do you support for custom labels?
We support all major UHF and HF chip families, including Impinj (M730/M750/M700 series), NXP UCODE (7/8/9/DNA), Alien H9/H10, EM Micro (4423/4425), and HF chips such as MIFARE, NTAG and ICODE. Dual-frequency (HF + UHF) designs are also available where required.
Do you support ETSI and FCC frequency bands?
Yes, we design and tune antennas for both ETSI (865–868 MHz) and FCC (902–928 MHz) regions. We can also optimise designs for other national bands and deliver region-specific performance if your system operates globally.
What is your typical lead time for mass production?
Standard lead time is 7–10 working days after prototype approval. Larger or highly complex projects may require additional time, but we aim to maintain stable and predictable production schedules.
Do you perform quality testing on each production batch?
Yes. Every batch passes through our quality assurance process, including Voyantic Tagformance testing, visual inspection, electrical verification, and sampling for performance consistency. Full documentation can be provided if required.
