Dual-Frequency Epoxy On-Metal RFID Tag 80×50mm | UHF + HF 13.56 MHz

The ForNext 80×50mm Dual-Frequency Epoxy On-Metal Tag is designed for metal assets that require both long-range UHF tracking and close-range HF interaction in a single label.
Combining a UHF EPC Gen2 antenna for 5–7 metre read range with a 13.56 MHz MIFARE 1K (M1) inlay, this tag enables warehouse inventory, asset audits and local tap-based functions such as identification, access control or service logging.

The tag uses an acrylic/PVC on-metal structure with an anti-metal layer and 3M adhesive, providing strong adhesion and stable performance on metal cabinets, machinery, tools, racks and IT equipment.
The top surface is fully printable for logos, serials and barcodes, while an optional domed epoxy coating adds a glossy, durable finish for branding and protection against abrasion, moisture and handling.

By combining UHF and HF in one form factor, integrators can support both long-range reads via fixed or handheld UHF readers and close-range HF reads via desktop readers or existing MIFARE infrastructure.
This makes the tag particularly suited to projects where the same physical item must be visible in backend systems while also supporting front-line tap actions by operators, technicians or end users.

Supplied on sheets or in small batches, the 80×50mm dual-frequency tag is a flexible solution for pilot deployments, industrial equipment programmes and branded metal assets requiring dual technology, visual customisation and metal-compatible construction.
