The ForNext 60×20×3mm LED PCB UHF on-metal RFID tag is a compact industrial tag engineered for applications that require reliable RFID identification and LED-assisted item location directly on metal surfaces.

Built with a durable PCB structure and adhesive backing, this version is specifically designed for metal surface applications, where standard RFID labels would normally lose performance due to metal interference. Its tuned construction helps maintain dependable UHF readability on metal tools, cabinets, equipment housings, machines, racks and other industrial assets.

A major advantage of this model is its LED locating function, which allows users to identify the correct tagged item more quickly during picking, maintenance checks, inspections and asset search tasks. This makes it especially valuable in environments where multiple similar metal assets are stored close together and fast visual confirmation is needed.

Powered by the XBL2005-KX chip, the tag supports EPC Class 1 Gen2 and ISO 18000-6C protocols. Memory includes EPC 128 bits, User Memory 1312 bits and TID 96 bits, providing strong storage capability for industrial and system integration needs.

With a compact size of 60 × 20 × 3 mm, this on-metal version offers a balanced combination of mechanical stability and strong metal-surface performance. Under fixed readers, the read range reaches up to 7 m in FCC and 5.6 m in ETSI. Under handheld readers, it supports up to 4 m in FCC and 3 m in ETSI. With an operating temperature range of -20°C to +80°C, it is suitable for industrial, warehouse and maintenance environments.
