The ForNext 98×18mm High-Temperature PI UHF RFID Label is engineered for industrial environments that demand both long read range and extreme heat resistance.
Built on a durable polyimide (PI) substrate with an aluminium-etched long antenna, and powered by the NXP UCODE G2iM chip, this label delivers stable performance through high-temperature processes such as reflow soldering, automotive painting, curing ovens, powder coating and demanding WIP tracking.

The oversized 98×18mm antenna format provides significantly enhanced RF sensitivity and read distance.
When paired with the G2i chip’s excellent reception characteristics, this label achieves long-range identification even in environments with metal surfaces, high interference, or large-scale industrial movement — making it ideal for supply chain visibility, returnable assets and high-temperature process automation.

The PI material ensures outstanding thermal stability and chemical resistance, allowing the label to withstand continuous temperatures up to +150°C and repeated thermal cycling without deformation or performance degradation.
The UCODE G2iM IC incorporates a 256-bit EPC memory and large user memory for storing process data, batch numbers, calibration information or tamper-proof identifiers — a major advantage in industrial and manufacturing applications.

With 100,000 programming cycles and long data retention, the G2i-based design supports reliable, lifetime identification across extended production cycles.
