The ForNext 86×16mm sew-in UHF laundry tag is engineered for large textile items requiring permanent, thread-secured identification with extended read range in industrial laundry environments.
Its long antenna, woven construction and UCODE 9 chip deliver strong read performance and 200+ wash-cycle durability across washing, drying, ironing and pressing.
The 86×16mm format is ideal for duvet covers, large bedsheets, mattress protectors, heavy-duty towels and rental linen where maximum read sensitivity is required.
Its soft, low-profile structure allows easy stitching into hems or seams while minimising textile stress during production or refurbishment.
When integrated into a linen-management system, the tag enables rapid batch reading of large bundles, accurate textile utilisation tracking and reliable wash-count recording to improve lifecycle visibility and stock planning.
