Anti-Liquid UHF RFID Label 40×20mm | High-Memory RFID Tag

The ForNext 40×20mm anti-liquid UHF RFID label is engineered for applications where labels must be applied directly to containers holding liquid substances.
Unlike standard RFID labels that may detach or suffer performance loss, this model maintains stable adhesion and RF performance on liquid-filled glass bottles.

It is widely used in pharmaceutical management, medical inventory control and regulated retail environments, enabling accurate identification and traceability of liquid products throughout storage, circulation and usage.

A key advantage of this label is its high-capacity RFID memory.
With a total memory of 2560 bits, including a large 2528-bit User Memory, it allows storage of detailed item data such as batch information, inspection records, handling status or internal reference data directly on the tag.

The standard size is 40 × 20 mm, while dimensions can be customised to suit different bottle shapes and label layouts.
The default face material is coated paper, with optional PET, PP synthetic paper or thermal paper available depending on durability and printing requirements.
