PCB UHF Adhesive On-Metal RFID Tag D40×3.0mm | Impinj Monza R6-P

The ForNext D40×3.0mm PCB UHF On-Metal RFID Tag is a compact round industrial tag engineered for reliable identification on metallic assets, tools, equipment housings and fixed metal surfaces.

Built around a precision-tuned FR4 PCB structure and equipped with the Impinj Monza R6-P chip, it delivers stable UHF performance in applications where conventional RFID labels would be detuned by direct metal contact. Its round form factor also makes it suitable for equipment and components where a compact circular tag is preferred for mounting or visual integration.

With a diameter of 40 mm and a thickness of 3.0 mm, this tag offers a balanced combination of compact size, mechanical stability and dependable read performance. The integrated adhesive backing allows quick and low-profile attachment to flat metal surfaces, making deployment easier in industrial, warehouse and equipment management environments.

Designed specifically for metal surfaces, the optimised antenna structure achieves read ranges of up to 6.8 m under the US band and 6.5 m under the EU band when used with fixed readers. With handheld readers, the tag supports up to 3.5 m in both US and EU frequency ranges. This enables dependable tracking and identification in workflows where long read distance and compact size are both important.

The tag supports EPC Class 1 Gen2 and ISO 18000-6C protocols, operating at 902 to 928 MHz for the US band and 865 to 868 MHz for the EU band. Memory includes EPC 128 bits, User 32 bits and TID 96 bits, making it suitable for industrial asset tracking, maintenance management, equipment identification and returnable metal item applications.

With storage temperature resistance up to -40°C to +150°C, this tag is suitable for demanding industrial environments where temperature stability and long-term durability are required.
