The ForNext UHF RFID metal cable tie tag is engineered for applications that require secure fastening, durable structure and reliable wireless identification in logistics, warehouse, cable and circulation management environments.

Designed with a robust ABS head and stainless steel strip, this tag combines physical fastening with RFID traceability in a practical and durable format. Its self-locking structure enables fast installation, allowing the metal strip to be locked securely at different positions along the tie body. The smooth surface and rounded edges help improve handling safety while providing a sturdy and dependable cable tie solution.

This model features a head size of 55 × 55 mm and is supplied with a standard 300 mm stainless steel strip, with customised strip lengths available upon request. The stainless steel strip has a width of approximately 7.7 mm and a thickness of approximately 0.23 mm, while the ABS head thickness is approximately 4.8 mm. This combination provides strong mechanical fastening performance together with convenient RFID identification.

Common chip options for this product include Impinj M4E, NXP UCODE 9 and similar UHF inlay options. The tag supports UHF RFID deployment for efficient reading, identification and traceability, with a read range of up to 5 metres depending on reader power, chip selection and operating environment.

Available in standard colours such as white, blue, black and yellow, this RFID metal cable tie tag is suitable for logistics management, packaging circulation control, warehouse management, cable identification and network cable management.
