Pliable UHF RFID Tag 90×18mm | Flexible TPU Tag | UCODE 8

The ForNext 90×18mm pliable UHF RFID tag is engineered for applications that require flexible mounting, reliable read performance and rugged durability on non-metal surfaces in industrial, logistics and asset management environments.

Manufactured from durable TPU, this RFID tag is designed to remain functional even when repeatedly bent, making it especially suitable for rounded, curved or irregular surfaces where rigid tags are difficult to install. Its flexible structure allows secure attachment with a cable tie, giving users a practical RFID solution for assets that do not have flat mounting areas.

Powered by the NXP UCODE 8 chip, this tag supports EPC Class 1 Gen2 and ISO 18000-6C protocols and operates across the global UHF band of 840 to 960 MHz. Memory includes EPC 128 bits, TID 96 bits and User 0 bits. It supports read and write functionality, with up to 100,000 write cycles and data retention of up to 50 years.

This tag is designed for use on non-metal surfaces and delivers precise and consistent performance especially when mounted on plastic or wood. Under fixed readers, the read range can reach up to 15.0 m in US frequency and 9.0 m in EU frequency. Under handheld readers, it supports up to 8.0 m in US frequency and 4.0 m in EU frequency, depending on reader power and operating environment.

Its rugged TPU construction offers strong resistance to liquids, dust, impact and harsh weather conditions, making it suitable for applications that require dependable RFID identification in demanding environments. Typical use cases include plastic containers, wooden assets, industrial equipment, returnable items, logistics handling units and outdoor asset management.
