Manufactured from full PP material with ultrasonic processing, this tag is designed for durable one-time use. Once fastened and locked, it cannot be reopened or pulled apart without damage, making it suitable for applications where tamper resistance and seal integrity are important. Its lightweight structure, water-resistant design and simple fastening method make it practical for large-scale deployment across operational environments.
This model has an overall size of 328 × 105 × 29 mm, with a total strap length of 328 mm. The tag body width is approximately 105 mm, the body height is approximately 30 mm, and the structure thickness is about 4.5 mm to 5 mm. Each tag weighs approximately 7.4 g, offering a good balance between durability and handling efficiency.
The product is available in both UHF and HF versions, allowing it to support different RFID deployment requirements. Common chip options include NXP UCODE 8, NXP UCODE 9, Alien Higgs 9, F08 and ICODE SLI-X. UHF versions can support read distances of up to 8 metres, while HF versions offer read distances of up to 7 cm, depending on chip selection, reader configuration and application environment.
