ForNext Dual-Frequency Sew-In RFID Laundry Label 70×20mm

The ForNext 70×20mm dual-frequency laundry label combines UHF EPC Class 1 Gen2 with NFC ISO/IEC 14443A in a single textile tag designed for both industrial batch tracking and smartphone interaction.
It is suitable for apparel, uniforms, rental textiles and brand-labelled garments that require hybrid identification throughout their full lifecycle.

The 70×20mm woven construction is optimised for sewing into hems, seams or inner garment labels.
Its extended antenna layout delivers strong UHF performance, while the NFC interface supports authentication, care instructions, brand engagement and Digital Product Passport (DPP) compliance in EU markets.

Two chipset options are available:

  • Qstar-6s: balanced dual-interface performance with 3.5 m UHF fixed-reader range and 1.6 m handheld range, plus stable NFC for smartphone use.
  • EM4425: enhanced UHF sensitivity with up to 6.0 m fixed-reader range and secure NFC capability (approx. 2 cm read distance).

This allows the same label format to support different project requirements, from high-performance industrial scanning to premium brand authentication.
