Anti-Liquid UHF RFID Label 54×34mm | NXP UCODE® 9
The ForNext 54×34mm anti-liquid UHF RFID label is engineered specifically for applications involving plastic containers with liquid contents.
By optimising antenna design and label structure for plastic substrates, this tag maintains strong RF performance even in environments where liquids typically degrade RFID readability.
This label is well suited for pharmaceutical management, medical inventory control and laboratory workflows, including plastic medicine bottles, reagent containers and liquid-filled plastic test tubes.
It enables accurate identification and tracking throughout storage, handling and usage processes.
Powered by the NXP UCODE® 9 chip, the label provides reliable EPC Gen2v2 performance with a 96-bit EPC memory.
The streamlined memory structure makes it ideal for high-speed item identification, inventory control and system-driven data management where user memory is not required.
With its larger 54 × 34 mm antenna format, the label delivers excellent read distance and stability on plastic containers filled with liquids, outperforming smaller standard labels in challenging environments.
Dimensions, face materials and printing can all be customised to meet specific project requirements.
