ForNext PPS UHF Laundry Button Tag 15mm/20mm/30mm
The ForNext 20mm PPS UHF laundry button tag is a rugged, high-temperature and on-metal-optimised transponder designed for workwear, uniforms, PPE, laundry cages and other textile or metal assets requiring long-term identification.
Its moulded PPS housing provides outstanding thermal resistance, chemical durability and impact protection, while the aluminium-etched antenna maintains stable performance in harsh industrial laundry environments.
The compact 20mm disc shape with a central 4.5 mm mounting hole allows the tag to be sewn onto garments, riveted or fixed via stud attachments.
Optimised for metal surfaces and compliant with ISO/IEC 18000-6C (EPC Class 1 Gen 2), it supports NXP UCODE 8 / UCODE 9 / H4 chips and delivers up to 2 m read range even on metallic items and up to 5m on non-metal surface.
With durability exceeding 300 industrial wash cycles, it is suitable for long-term rental-linen, uniform and asset-management applications.
The tag surface can be customised with laser-engraved serial numbers, barcodes, company logos or branding to support operational control and anti-counterfeit requirements.
