UHF On-Metal RFID Tag 22×8mm | Ucode-8

The ForNext 22×8mm On-Metal RFID Tag is a compact, high-performance PCB-based UHF tag designed for small metallic assets that require long read range and robust durability.
Powered by the high-sensitivity Ucode-8 IC and a tuned on-metal PCB antenna, this tag achieves up to 340 cm read distance with fixed readers — exceptional performance for a tag of its size and thickness.

Constructed from industrial-grade FR4 PCB, the tag delivers mechanical strength and stability in harsh environments.
Its integrated dual mounting holes (2 mm × 2) support secure installation using small screws, while the adhesive mounting option allows quick peel-and-stick deployment on flat metallic surfaces.
This flexibility makes the 22×8 model suitable for a wide range of industrial and laboratory applications where space is limited but reliable RFID performance is essential.

With up to 200 cm read range using handheld readers, the tag excels in close-proximity scanning, maintenance kits, calibration tools, electronic modules, medical trays and densely packed metal assets.
The tuned design ensures stable EPC Gen2 performance even in environments with RF reflections or interference.

Rated to IP68, the tag withstands oils, chemicals, moisture, dust and aggressive temperature cycles from –40°C to +100°C (storage up to +150°C).
It is well-suited for industrial production lines, aerospace electronics, medical instruments, tooling management, small returnable components and other long-term metallic asset tracking scenarios.
