The ForNext 51×47mm Screw-Mount On-Metal RFID Tag is an industrial-grade, high-durability tag designed for metal equipment, tools, steel structures and embedded infrastructure applications.
Equipped with the Impinj Monza R6-P chip and a tuned on-metal antenna, it delivers strong, stable UHF performance even in high-interference environments such as construction sites, manufacturing plants and logistics yards.

Its reinforced engineering-grade plastic housing and 10 mm thick structure provide exceptional impact resistance and long-term outdoor reliability.
For installation, the tag supports three mounting methods — a 3M industrial adhesive backing for quick deployment, direct adhesion on flat metal surfaces, or secure screw/rivet mounting via the single 5 mm centre hole.
This flexibility makes the tag suitable for both permanent installations and rapid retrofits on metal assets with diverse surface conditions.

The antenna system is optimised not only for metal surfaces but also for embedded installations.
When installed beneath concrete, the tag maintains impressive read performance:
4.0–4.5 m at 5 cm depth and 2.0–3.0 m at 10 cm depth with fixed readers — enabling reliable identification of buried utilities, manhole covers, construction components and underground asset points.

Rated to IP68, the tag withstands harsh outdoor exposure, chemicals, vibration, water immersion, mud and temperature extremes from –40°C to +85°C.
It is designed for long-term industrial use across manufacturing, construction, utilities, logistics, maintenance operations and any site requiring durable on-metal or below-surface tagging.
