The ForNext 105×30×7.5mm UHF magnetic on-metal RFID tag is engineered for applications that require reliable RFID identification on metal surfaces together with quick and convenient installation in industrial, warehouse and asset management environments.
Built with a durable ABS + PC housing, this industrial RFID tag is designed specifically for use on metal surfaces, where standard RFID labels often suffer from signal loss or unstable performance. Powered by the NXP UCODE 8 chip, it offers strong UHF performance for metal asset tracking, equipment identification, warehouse infrastructure and industrial logistics applications.
A key feature of this model is its magnetic attachment. Unlike adhesive or screw-mounted tags, this version can be quickly fixed onto suitable metal surfaces without drilling or permanent bonding. This makes it especially useful for applications where tags may need to be repositioned, replaced or deployed rapidly across movable metal assets, racks, containers, tools and industrial equipment.
With a size of 105 × 30 × 7.5 mm, the tag supports the global UHF frequency ranges of 902–928 MHz (US) and 865–868 MHz (EU). It uses the NXP UCODE 8 chip with EPC 128 bits and TID 96 bits memory, supporting dependable identification and stable data capture in demanding operating environments.
Designed for direct use on metal, the tag achieves up to 11 m (FCC fixed reader) and 10 m (ETSI fixed reader) read range. Under handheld readers, it supports up to 5.5 m (FCC) and 5 m (ETSI). Its tuned on-metal structure helps maintain dependable read performance in industrial environments where metallic interference would normally affect ordinary RFID labels.
Compliant with EPC Class 1 Gen 2 and ISO 18000-6C, this tag is suitable for a wide range of industrial identification and tracking tasks.
