The ForNext 69×23×7mm UHF Screw-Mount On-Metal RFID Tag is a rugged industrial tag designed specifically for reliable RFID identification on metallic surfaces, where ordinary labels often suffer from signal loss or unstable read performance.
Built with a durable ABS + PC housing, this compact on-metal tag is engineered for long-term use in industrial and warehouse environments. Powered by the NXP UCODE 8 chip, it delivers stable and efficient UHF performance for metal asset tracking, fixed equipment identification, warehouse infrastructure and returnable transport item management.
The tag supports multiple installation methods, including adhesive backing, screw mounting and cable tie fixing, making it adaptable to different metal asset structures and application conditions. This flexibility allows easy deployment on metal cabinets, racks, tools, machinery, steel containers and other fixed or mobile metal assets.
Designed for direct use on metal surfaces, the tag achieves up to 11 m (FCC fixed reader) and 10 m (ETSI fixed reader) read range. Under handheld readers, it supports up to 5.5 m (FCC) and 5 m (ETSI). Its tuned antenna structure helps maintain dependable read performance in environments where standard RFID labels would normally be detuned by metal interference.
Operating across the global UHF range, this tag is compliant with EPC Class 1 Gen 2 and ISO 18000-6C. With a working temperature range of -25°C to +85°C, it is suitable for industrial asset management, warehouse tracking, logistics systems and fixed metal infrastructure identification in demanding environments.
