Understanding Our Return and Refund Policy

At ForNext RFID, we care deeply about delivering products that work exactly as you expect. Every order is checked by our team before it leaves the factory, and we stand behind the quality of what we make.

At the same time, many of our products are made-to-order and technically sensitive, so we want to set clear expectations to ensure a smooth experience for both sides.

If anything arrives in the wrong condition, we will always do our best to put it right.

1. When We Can Offer a Return or Refund

We’re happy to help if the item you receive is:

  • Defective (manufacturing issue)
  • Damaged during transport
  • Different from what was ordered (e.g., model, size, chip type mismatch)

If you reach out in time, we’ll guide you step-by-step and make sure you’re looked after.

2. When Returns Are Not Possible

Because RFID products are often custom-built or environmentally sensitive, we’re unable to accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or incorrect purchase
  • Items that have been encoded, printed, applied or used
  • Made-to-order or customised items
  • Products opened, unsealed or showing handling
  • Performance problems caused by the customer’s system, hardware, reader setup or environment
  • Damage resulting from improper installation or storage

These rules are standard across the industry, and they ensure fairness for both sides.

3. How We Handle Any Issues

To understand the situation clearly, we may ask for photos, videos or a short description.

If inspection shows the issue is from our side, we will offer:

  • a replacement at no cost, or
  • a refund,

depending on what’s most appropriate for your order.

If the product is functioning correctly or the issue is outside our control, we’ll explain this clearly so you know exactly where things stand.

4. Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees, duties and taxes are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us.

5. Order Cancellation

Many orders enter production very quickly.
For this reason:

  • Custom / made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production begins.
  • Stock items may be cancelled if they haven’t shipped yet.

We’ll always try to help where possible.

6. If Your Parcel Arrives Damaged

If your parcel looks damaged when it arrives, please:

  • Keep the packaging
  • Take clear photos/videos
  • Notify us within 48 hours

We’ll assist you with a courier claim and ensure the situation is resolved.

7. Our Commitment to You

Every batch we ship goes through:

  • Voyantic testing (where applicable)
  • Chip inspection
  • Sample read-range checks
  • CE/RoHS/ISO procedures
